WARRANTY INFORMATION
DownUnder Horsemanship will warranty your item free from manufacturers defects for 30 days. I will provide them the authentication that you purchased your item from an authorized dealer as well as the date of purchase.
ALL warranty decisions are made by DownUnder Horsemanship just as if you purchased the item directly from them. I do not warranty the items, provide refunds, or influence the decision process in any way. I do provide DownUnder with proof regarding the date of purchase and confirm that you purchased the item from an authorized dealer. In the rare case a disk is found defective, the replacement will be sent directly from DownUnder Horsemanship to you and you will need to pay to mail the defective disk to me.
DownUnder Horsemanship will only replace the defective disk and DOES NOT replace the entire product.
The item you are buying from me is brand new, Sealed and in perfect condition when I ship it and is identical to that which you would buy from DownUnder Horsemanship. Since I use delivery confirmation I can provide you with a tracking number and you can see exactly when your item shipped if needed... we'll also be able to see when it was delivered. I'll gladly provide you with a tracking number if requested.
